You are invited to an introductory, interactive, and experiential workshop where you will learn ways to listen with your whole body and all your senses. Together with the indwelling Spirit, we will practice welcoming our bodily sensations, feelings, thoughts, and emotions through the felt sense—a bodily awareness that can open us to wisdom, inner healing, and deeper wholeness. Through Inner-Relationship Focusing, we will explore listening with empathy and gentle curiosity to that which cannot yet be put into words so that we can open ourselves to grace, compassion, and wisdom.
This workshop offers an opportunity to listen in incremental, trauma-sensitive ways that bring about lasting transformation, healing, and wholeness through the whole body.

Facilitator Bio:
Kim Isaak is a spiritual director, spiritual director supervisor, retreat facilitator, and Inner Relationship Focusing teacher. She is in the process of completing a Doctor of Spirituality degree. Kim holds special interests in grief, loss, trauma, spiritual abuse, and spiritual bypassing. She longs for herself and others to experience grace, live loved and loving, and flourish as humans in a body with a soul in this world. She supports others in learning to listen with all their senses so that they can hear and tell their stories in ways that bring healing, wholeness, and leads them forward towards newness of life.
