As spiritual directors, we serve as advocates for the inner life. Our capacity to hear into speech our directees’ deepest voice under layers of living and speaking, rests upon our willingness to listen to our own.
In this spiritual director development session, Diane Millis, PhD, will introduce us to a framework for listening with the ear of our hearts and invite us to practice heeding the whispers in our hearts at this moment in time.
Lawrence Ferlinghetti’s poem, Into the Interior, will offer encouragement for our exploration. We hope you’ll join us.
